- FIRST YEAR: Covers workmanship, distribution systems and building materials
- FIRST TWO YEARS: Covers specific systems including plumbing, septic/digester and electrical systems
- FIRST FIVE YEARS: Covers water-proofing and leakages
- FIRST TEN YEARS: Covers structural components
Along with our standard home warranty, you will also receive a two year warranty directly from the manufacturer on the appliances we install in your new home. In addition, you will also receive a one year warranty on any furniture we install in your home with protection against workmanship and material defects.
